In the first of our Open Calls – launching on 1st March 2021 and valued at 1,000,000 Euros – the Zero Defects Manufacturing Platform (ZDPM) team is inviting European researchers to join thir team. ZDPM intends to award between 10 to 15 sub-projects for SME technology providers, SME or start-up software developers, and/or companies of any size from either the manufacturing or supply chain domains.

If you join the ZDMP project team, you will receive the following benefits:

• The development of new products and services will will be subsidized with 50,000 to 150,000 Euros
• You will have your own production and be able to take advantage of them in your own company
• The opportunity to create new wroking relationships with other businesses in the Industry4.0
• Access to a new sales chanel through the ZDMP platform provided by i4FS

Open Call 1 will focus on the ZDMP platform and its components. Partners will undertake activities in the following areas: development, integration and validation / testing.

Development

This sub-project will focuses on:

• Developing new Design-time / Run-time zero-defect smart manufacturing components;
• New AI/Machine Learning solutions and new algorithms for zero-defect smart manufacturing processes;
• Development/Extension of existing ZDMP platform and/or components.

Integration:

• Integration of existing 3rd Party zero-defect smart manufacturing Design-time and Run-time components, third-party platforms and existing ZDMP components with third party processes / components / tools / services in new manufacturing domains/scenarios.

Validation and / or testing:

• Test and validate ZDMP platform and components in additional use cases / domains / environments (Cloud vs Premises) in order to ensure the quality of ZDMP offerings to the broader community of end-users.
